Giving For A Better Future

Our mission is to build a better future for the most vulnerable refugees entering Europe through the provision of direct relief and education

Our Purpose

We are a grassroots non-profit organisation whose primary goal is to fill the gaps where major organisations miss, helping the most vulnerable refugees. These include thousands of families and individuals who are not taken care of by government bodies or organisations in Greece. We deliver immediate relief such as food and hygiene products to over 2,000 refugees across Athens. We have also created an education centre that teaches basic levels of English, German and Greek to refugees of all ages. Our purpose is to help refugees to integrate within the societies that they inhabit.

“We want to help refugees to rebuild their lives away from terror and war by providing them with the tools required to help them integrate in new societies”

The organisation was founded by Arnaud Rognon in 2015, and now includes volunteers from all over the world who are concerned about the refugee’s immediate physical integrity and long-term prospects. We are working as volunteers visiting Greece every month to ensure that the unofficial camps and education centre are well maintained and fully stocked. Without the assistance of volunteers and donations, many of these refugees would be on the streets of Greece without shelter, food or healthcare.

Our Mission

Our latest mission is to build a large education centre in Greece. Our current pilot education centre has been at over capacity since we opened and there is a clear demand to expand the facilities. We aim to build a new education centre that has the capacity for 250 refugees every day teaching  English, German and Greek alongside other classes.
